Samsung have updated the current range of compact cameras with five brand new models that cover uses ranging from Hi Def video and Mp3 playback.On the photography side of things they have announced 13MP and 14MP models to be released shortly.

At the entry level there is the S1070,which will be offered at £100 and comes with 10.2MP and x3 optical zoom lens.
Next is the L201 for £130 and is packed with similar features but a smarter look to it.
The L310W has increased Mega Pixels at 13.6 and is priced at £200.

The NV9 packs 10.2 MP CCD and also has MP3 and video playback for £180.
The highlight will be the NV100HD - offering high-def movie recording and 14.6MP CCD. A 3 inch touch screen and blink motion detection make this a model that will become top of most shoppers lists.
